At the annual Board Meeting, we amended the By-Laws to make our site more welcoming to all - including the LGBTQ community. According to recent surveys, particularly by the renowned Pew Foundation about 22% of Generation Z now identifies with LGBTQ community, including two of our board members. We operate our forums in every state and many foreign countries, many of which have anti-discrimination laws. We comply with anti-discrimination laws and non-discrimination is one of our principles as well. We recognize that some of our members may have different views but we have always been a welcoming group to all - to all Christians and all others so long as they accept our standards.
